Use custom frequency tasks

Tasks like drinking 8 glasses of water a day and completing 4 workouts a week can also be easily managed for you by Goal Map.

At Goals Map, we call these tasks multiple times a day, multiple days a week, or multiple times a day for multiple days a week as custom frequency cycling tasks. Custom frequency cycles are perfect for health management tasks such as drinking water, working out, swimming and yoga, taking medication, etc.

Create custom frequency recurring tasks

Follow these steps to quickly create a custom frequency recurring task.

  1. Under Goals, click on "Create Task"

  1. Select the task time as "interval/cycle"

  1. Click on "Set Cycle" and select "Custom Frequency" in the pop-up list

  1. Just select the type of frequency you want and finish creating 🌟
