Troubleshooting iCloud Sync
Turn on iCloud Sync Function in App
Please turn on "iCloud Sync" in Goal Map. It may take some time (up to a few minutes) to activate iCloud synchronization for the first time. Please ensure that your device's network connection is stable and keep the app in the foreground.
With the default system settings should generally solve synchronization issues, but if it still doesn't work, please continue reading below.
Follow these steps to perform synchronization:
- Open Goal Map and navigate to the "Settings" page.
- Click "iCloud Sync" to view the synchronization status on the details page.
Note: Enabling iCloud requires a Pro membership. If you have already purchased a membership but it is not displayed on the current device, please click the "Restore" button at the bottom of the Pro page to restore the purchase.

Please check the following one by one:
- Confirm that you have enough space on your iCloud settings in the system.
- Make sure you are logged in with the same Apple ID on all your Apple devices.
- Please confirm that there is already data for Goal Map on your iCloud storage (you can see all the app's stored data by going to "Settings" > "iCloud" > "Manage Account Storage").
- In the "iCloud settings" of the system, make sure "iCloud Drive" sync is turned on.
- Re-activate sync: Find the list of "Apps using iCloud" in the system settings, locate the switch for "Goal Map", turn it off and then on again. This can solve most synchronization issues that are stuck or failing to sync.
Still can't work, here's something else you can try:
- In "Goal Map", turn off the "iCloud sync" switch, close the app, restart your device, then open Goal Map and re-enable the "iCloud sync".
- Confirm your network is available: In "Settings" > "Cellular", check if Goal Map and "iCloud Drive" have been enabled.
- Confirm your network is stable: Please select a stable network connection, using a mobile hotspot to connect to the network may prevent synchronization.
FAQ
iCloud Space is Full
It is recommended to delete unnecessary synchronized content (such as some large videos and photos). If you are not sure what you are doing, please do not operate.
iCloud Drive Cannot Synchronize Properly
In rare cases, "iCloud Drive" synchronization may fail. Please check the operation of your "iCloud Drive" in the following steps:
- Open the system's built-in "Files" app.
- Select the file location as "iCloud Drive".
- Create a folder in the "iCloud Drive" location and wait for a moment to observe whether the folder is synchronized. If the words "Syncing..." disappear from under the file, it means synchronization is complete. If synchronization cannot be completed for a long time, please contact Apple customer service for iCloud Drive repair.
