Auto-Renewal Terms

These Auto-Renewal Terms supplement the GoalMap Terms of Service and form an integral part of those Terms. If these Auto-Renewal Terms conflict with the Terms of Service, these Auto-Renewal Terms control for the auto-renewal service. By using the auto-renewal service, you accept these Terms, including any changes that Hangzhou North Gate Co., Ltd. may make from time to time.

1. How auto-renewal works. Monthly or annual auto-renewing membership is available only if you already have an active GoalMap membership. By enabling auto-renewal, you authorize Hangzhou North Gate Co., Ltd. to charge the next monthly or annual fee when your current membership is about to expire. The payment may be charged to your stored-value account, a third-party payment account linked to your membership account, bank card, mobile account, iTunes account, or another payment account you select (collectively, your “Payment Account”). Auto-renewal requires that your GoalMap account be linked to the Payment Account and that the payment can be successfully collected. You are responsible for checking your selected payment account and keeping sufficient funds available. If a payment fails, including because the balance is insufficient or because multiple auto-renewing memberships exceed the available balance, we may suspend or terminate the membership without further notice.

   To stop auto-renewal, cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the current membership period ends. Otherwise, the system may automatically renew the membership for the next month or year. You may cancel the auto-renewal service, but unless the cancellation is caused by our breach of applicable law or these Terms, the fee for the current month or year is non-refundable.

2. How to cancel.

   • Apple in-app purchase (IAP): Open Settings on your iPhone, select Apple Account or iTunes & App Store depending on your iOS version, select your Apple ID, choose View Apple ID or Subscriptions, and cancel the GoalMap membership subscription.
   • Android: Open the payment account linked to your subscription, such as Alipay, go to Settings > Payment Settings, find Hangzhou North Gate Co., Ltd. under Password-Free Payments or Automatic Payments, and turn off the service. If your Android purchase was made through a different app store or payment provider, use that provider’s subscription-management page.

3. Changes to auto-renewal. We may adjust the period, price, or other terms of auto-renewing membership in response to user needs or changes to the Service. If you have questions about these Auto-Renewal Terms, email help@happydogteam.work.
