Terms of Service
- Last updated: April 26, 2025
- Effective date: November 28, 2023
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of GoalMap, including the GoalMap mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Hangzhou North Gate Co., Ltd. and/or its affiliates (“North Gate”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service. By registering, signing in, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the corresponding part of the Service.
1. Personal, non-commercial use
GoalMap is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell GoalMap or any materials, services, or software related to or derived from GoalMap without our prior permission.
If you send us suggestions, feedback, or ideas about GoalMap, you grant us and our third-party service providers a worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and incorporate that feedback into GoalMap or other software, without any obligation to compensate you.
1.1 Membership services
GoalMap Membership is a paid subscription that gives you access to the membership features and benefits described in the Service for the applicable subscription period.
Membership benefits are for the purchaser’s personal use on permitted devices only. You may not transfer, rent, sell, lend, distribute, share, sublicense, or otherwise make your account or membership benefits available to another person.
1.2 Purchases and refunds
Once you purchase a GoalMap membership, the membership service begins and membership fees are generally non-refundable, subject to the rules of the platform through which you purchased the membership.
- iOS users. If you purchased a membership through the App Store and want to request a refund, follow Apple’s official process at Apple’s refund request page. Apple reviews and decides App Store refund requests. We cannot directly process refunds for App Store orders.
- Android users. If you purchased a membership through an Android distribution channel, you may request a refund through the GoalMap app within the following periods:
- Monthly membership: within 3 days of purchase;
- Annual membership: within 14 days of purchase.
The applicable period is measured from the purchase date. Requests submitted after the applicable period will generally not be accepted. We will review in-app requests and process eligible refunds according to the applicable procedure.
We may cancel your membership and refuse a refund if you obtained or used membership benefits through an illegal method or in breach of these Terms.
1.3 No unauthorized resale or sharing
You agree that:
- You will use GoalMap only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You will not sell, rent, transfer, lend, distribute, or share your account or membership benefits without our authorization.
- If we determine that you have illegally sold, rented, or shared membership benefits, we may immediately revoke those benefits, suspend or terminate your access, and refuse a refund.
- Depending on the circumstances, we may issue a warning, suspend the Service, or permanently disable your account.
1.4 Termination and account handling
If you close your account, or if we cancel your membership because you breached these Terms, your membership service will end at the same time and related fees will not be refunded.
If your account is suspended or closed because of a violation, we may terminate all related services without further notice and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies to the extent permitted by law.
2. Intellectual property
North Gate and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to GoalMap, including all intellectual property rights. “Intellectual property rights” include rights under patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, unfair competition, and similar laws, together with all applications, renewals, extensions, and restorations of those rights, whether existing now or created later and whether recognized anywhere in the world.

You may not remove, conceal, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices of North Gate or any third party.
